Prices include Airbnb's fee increase to 15.5%. This creekfront cabin is private & feels secluded yet close to all that Nelson has to offer. Priced for 2 guests but can accomodate a maximum of 3 with a $50/night supplement for the extra guest. 2 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Our home is perfect for a family that wishes to enjoy the beauty of Nelson. It is walking distance from downtown, the famous Rail Trail and Lakeside park. Very spacious and clean, the house has 5 bedrooms and accomodates up to 6 people. Whitewater ski resort is only 25 minutes away and many moutain/hicking trails are accessible right from the property. If you are coming for beaches in the summer or snow sports in the winter, Nelson is a one of a kind world class gem. Pets are not allowed.
