Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς. Οι στάσεις του μετρό και του λεωφορείου για το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης βρίσκονται 1 λεπτό μακρια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.

One of the back rooms has an en suite bathroom and there's one more bathroom for the rest. Spacious living room dinning and kitchen. Laundry alarm system and central air conditioning. In case of only two guest booking one of the back bedrooms and a bathroom remain closed. Front and back first floor balconies on wide streets with trees.
