Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Walking trails surround your cabin. Outside there’s a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. At 750 square feet, this adorable cabin is suited for no more than 4 people. You will have access to a small, private, sandy beach; a rare find on the rocky coast of Maine. There is so much to see and do in the Boothbay area. Life slows down and there is no better place to experience that "Maine, the way life should be" feeling.

Ocean Breeze Cottage Steps to Beach

Less than 400 yards from Pemaquid Beach State Park! Ocean Breeze is a small (550sqft) 2 bedroom seasonal guest cottage with bathroom, kitchen & living area, smart TV, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs & grill. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather.

This swanky mid-60's cabin sits on a hill overlooking West Harbor pond in the town of Boothbay Harbor. It offers privacy yet is close to everything downtown Boothbay Harbor has to offer. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids), and large enough to accommodate bigger groups.
