The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Equestrians, you can arrange to bring your horse, ride in our arena or on nearby stunning Uretiti beach. If you'd like to bring your friendly dog, we can accommodate your furry friends. This unique accommodation is only 5 minutes drive (5km) from Wanaka township, and is the perfect place to relax, or use as a base for some Wanaka “adventures”. All rooms look out onto a private garden area with views of the mountains. The barn is situated close to the paddocks so you will enjoy seeing the sheep, lambs, and calf wandering by.
