An upscale modern boho home nestled in the middle of 23 wooded acres where you can find yourself relaxing outside on the deck, hiking the many trails in the woods or enjoying the many amenities we have to offer.  Our barndominium has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room, and eat in kitchen with everything you need. Tucked among pines and rocks in the heart of Amish country, where the occasional clip-clop of horse and buggies adds charm. Styled like a railroad depot, the artistically furnished home displays intricate stonework, tile and custom stained glass. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Cozy Cabin Nestled in Nature

This beautiful cabin is tucked in on a wooded hillside, very private, cozy and comfortable with beautiful scenery all around. It is the perfect place for a romantic get away or to kick back and unwind with a couple friends, away from city noise. The cabin is located close to Amish county…there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive, with a spacious 7 person hot tub available for guests year round, as well as an outdoor and indoor fireplace for when weather is wintery.

The Hollyberry House

Breathtaking cabin located near some of Ohio’s finest attractions. The Hollyberry house boasts beautiful panorama views from every direction. With eight ponds and over 150 acres of farm, forest and magical ravines to explore you will find it difficult to be bored. Property amenities include a hot tub shack, cozy fireplace in the living quarters, a swimming pond equipped with a swim out dock and canoes, fire pit area, and also offers golf cart rentals for an extra charge of $45 per day.

River Rest Cottage in Coshocton

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

The Walhonding Hideaway

The Walhonding Hideaway is a 3 bedroom home on the Walhonding River. It sleeps 6 very comfortably and a 7th on the couch . While sipping coffee or cocktails on the deck you'll feel as if you are directly on the River. There is a beautifully landscaped bonfire area for nightly fires. You may even see Amish buggies stroll by some mornings. During your stay, consider taking the three rivers wine trail or spending the day in historic Roscoe Village.

The Cottage at River's Bend

Located on the scenic Kokosing River enjoy the best sounds and breathtaking sunsets this river has to offer. A short distance to Kenyon college, Honey Run waterfalls, hunting, fishing, Apple Valley Lake, Kokosing bike trail and Ohio Amish country. You won't run out of things to do. Then relax and unwind with a seasonal heated outdoor shower and peaceful patio to watch the sunsets and the abundant wildlife.
