About 30 minutes from Gore Mountain ski resort and Garnet Hill nordic center. A multitude of hiking trails accessible all year round. Schroon Lake village also provides shopping, eateries and other services.

Adirondack style in the heart of Newcomb Located on the snowmobile trail and right across from the Santanoni preserve entrance. As the hub of the Adirondacks you have access to all the fun nature has to offer including hiking fishing skiing and boating . Within 1 mile to town beach and boat launch on Lake Harris The house and each room have smart TVs with wifi no cable service *** There used to be a bar next door, we now own that building it’s no longer a bar. You will hear traffic from 28N.

Sweet cabin modest in scale, simple and pure to not detract from the richness of the views, offering a fresh, invigorating sense of just what is needed, nothing more. The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Enjoy an optional hot tub experience in our Japanese spa or our lovely new cedar sauna! Close to Gore and Garnet Hill!

Keep your boats, snowmobiles, right across the street in a free lot with access to the trails, and stash gear in the entry hall. Walk across the street and bushwack for miles and miles. OK Slip Falls trailhead is less than a mile away. Skiing at Gore Mountain is 10 minutes away. There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!
