Potpuno samostalna c******a kola koja se nalaze u blizini plaže Porpoise Bay. Nema pogleda na okean, ali plaža je udaljena 2 minuta hoda. Luksuzni krevet veličine Super King. Unutra je veoma uredno. Ima opremu za kuvanje. Gorionik za drva sa isporučenim drvetom. Roštilj na otvorenom. Posteljina/peškiri su uključeni. Ovaj smještaj se nalazi u našem objektu pored naše kuće. WC šolja/tuš-kabina (preuređeni rezervoar za vodu) nalazi se 9 metara od ciganke, što je kratka šetnja preko travnjaka. Naša c******a kola mogu da spavaju 2 odrasle osobe i jedno malo dijete u jednom krevetu

U cenu je uključen besplatan minibar i doručak - voće, jogurt, žitarice, čaj, kafa. Novi moderan stan sa odličnim pogledom i privatnim ulazom za lak pristup i privatnost. Pogled na luku, planine, okean, otmjeno, poljoprivredno zemljište. Sagrađen 2019. godine, ovaj moderan stan ima svoje kupatilo, salon/trpezariju/čajnu kuhinju - frižider, objekte za pripremu čaja i kafe, bez kuvanja. Nevjerovatna 4 opuštajuća, ptica, vremenski uslovi, zvijezde i Southern Lights. Trajektni terminal je udaljen 5 minuta vožnje. Toplo, mirno okruženje bez dece i kućnih ljubimaca.

Stara seoska koliba, u blizini Vintona , Central Southland

Nalazi se 10 minuta od opštine Vinton, u centralnom Sautlendu. Mi smo farma ovaca i useva, sa dobrim pogledom na pašnjake sa terase kolibe. Sve osnovne potrepštine koje su vam potrebne, krevet, stolica, sto, kuhinja, kupatilo, a zatim prostor za jelo i kupatilo na terasi ispod verande. Najbliži grad je Vinton, udaljen 10 minuta, sa supermarketom, izborom mesta za jelo ili ponudom hrane za poneti. Odlično mesto u centralnom Sautlendu 2 sata do Kvinstauna, 45 minuta do Inverkargila, 1 sat i 10 minuta do Te Anaua, 35 minuta do plaže Riverton

Beach Feet Retreat, Kaka Point, Catlins Coast

Nevjerovatna lokacija ove prelepe nove prostrane kuće na plaži pružiće mirno i mirno mesto da se opustite i uživate u netaknutoj obali Ketlin. Kaka tačke bezbjedno, plaža pod patrolom (ljeto) je prekoputa. Kuća se nalazi samo 200 metara od Point Cafe/prodavnice/bara i lokalnog igrališta. Istražite Nugget Pt i uživajte u posmatranju spektakularnih morskih lavova koji uživaju na stenama. Sakrijte se i posmatrajte žuto oči pingvine kako stižu u Roaring Bay. Lokalni grmlje hoda u krugu od 1 km.
