Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.
