Rounded by shopping centers, markets, banks, etc... The studio has private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Only the front yard is a common area where you can see other guests. Has a full bath, TV, own AC, kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, a 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things you need to cook your food. You also have access to one parking spot in the driveway under a covered patio
