Check in early to this quiet, updated, cozy 2-bedroom cottage that feels like a 2nd home! Well equipped for long stays 😁!! There is ample room to park your truck with a boat attached! It’s the color green. About 10 mins drive to the Eisenhower Visitor Center, Massena Airport, and the Nicandri Nature Center. 5 mins drive to local shopping centers and downtown Massena. About 11mins drive to the Robert Moses State Park, beach & boat launch! About 37 mins from SUNY Postdam. 15min to Canada.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country paradise! Enjoy all the seasons here with the main snowmobile/ATV trail right at the end of the driveway. Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails. Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. This cabin is tucked away at the edge of the woods for privacy and quiet time. The master bedroom downstairs has a double bed, and the upstairs loft has two twin beds. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and unique appliances. The laundry room has washer and dryer and plenty of storage space for your convenience. There is a back deck with great views and in the front of the cabin there is a firepit and 4 Adirondack chairs to help you relax and enjoy your evenings.

Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
