The house has stairs to enter the home and to access the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. There is a bonus room in the finished basement that has couches and TV. Owners have no children so there are no toys or cribs, etc. Animals are allowed but must be cleaned up after. Same with kids. 😉
