This near new luxury apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and serene break away. It's private and tranquil and you will enjoy the stunning views of Pittwater from every room. It has it's own private outdoor area and pool overlooking Pittwater, large separate Queens bedroom, designer bathroom, lounge/ dining, full kitchen facilities and it's own sauna. The apartment includes WiFi access, it's own private pool and Sauna, Fully Equipped Kitchen, TV, DVD, Luxury Linen and Hairdryer. Guests will enjoy all the amenities of the apartment to themselves it is self contained and private. We will be happy to welcome you at check -in and after that you have the apartment to yourselves. Stroll down to Paraidise Beach for a swim, kayak or enjoy a fish from the public wharf. Avalon Village is within walking distance with it's wonderful cafes and boutiques or enjoy a surf at Avalon Beach. Pittwater is a boating and sailing haven and nearby ferries will take you into the beautiful Kuringgai National Park. Fine dining just minutes away at Clareville Kiosk or let us recommend a unique dining experience at some of the fantastic restaurants of Sydney's Northern Beaches Avalon Village is an easy walk or there is a convenient bus stop that will take you into the Sydney CBD just metres away from the home. No Guest access is private I am very respectful of my guest privacy - most of my guest choose Pittwater Paradise as a romantic get away or for a secluded break. I am, however always available to give you advise on the best restaurants and things to enjoy in the area. Just let me know how I can help make you stay as enjoyable as possible Paradise beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Take the spectacular walk up to Palm Beach Light House in the winter to spot whales, or visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with its Indigenous rock carvings and roaming wallabies. We have a bus stop at our door step - this will take you into Palm Bach or Avalon village. From there you can take an express bus into the city. Wedding Preparations We are the perfect location for Brides to be for their pre wedding night and Wedding preparation and pre wedding photos. Ask us about the availability to have photographs on our top deck with stunning views across Pittwater. We are happy for you to invite your bridesmaids, make up artists and photographers to our beautiful apartment and off course we have the perfect romantic location for your Wedding Night!!

Fairlight Maison

Predivno uređen i opremljen svime što vam je potrebno za boravak van svog doma. Ima dve spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom. Odvojite dnevnu sobu sa udobnim kaminom i trpezarijom za 6 osoba. Šarmantna radna soba sa malim kaučem na razvlačenje, radnim stolom i štampačem. Dobro opremljena kuhinja je dovoljno dobra za sve kuvare. Sunčani balkon pored glavne spavaće sobe za sedenje i uživanje u šoljici kafe. Bazen sa ležaljkama u zadnjem dvorišnom vrtu za upijanje sunca ili zabava na otvorenom i opuštanje. Obezbeđujemo luksuznu posteljinu, peškire za kupanje od egipatskog pamuka, vrhunske sadržaje u kupatilu, uključujući fen za kosu. Nažalost, ne obezbeđujemo peškire za plažu i nemamo roštilj. U kuhinji se nalazi Nespresso aparat za kafu, a za početak vam obezbeđujemo nekoliko kapsula za kafu, ali ćete morati da kupite dodatne mahune u našem lokalnom supermarketu, Kolesu. Na raspolaganju vam je, naravno, instant kafa i mali izbor čaja. Gosti će sami imati pristup celoj kući. Gosti će imati potpunu privatnost. Kuća se nalazi na 10-20 minuta hoda od čuvene stanice Manli Bič, u kojoj se nalazi mnoštvo modernih kafića, restorana i butika. Pored toga, postoji i jednostavan pristup aktivnostima na otvorenom, kao što su šetnja i surfovanje. Ako ne želite da idete na 10-20 minuta hoda do Manlija, tu je i lokalni besplatan autobuski prevoz (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) koji vas vodi direktno do Manli Biča i trajekta Manli. Autobus staje preko puta kuće i dolazi svakih 30 minuta. Da biste ušli u grad, odmah iza ugla se nalazi i javna autobuska stanica, ali predlažemo vam da se prošetate slikovitom trajektom preko luke do Sidneja i bićete u srcu turističkih atrakcija Sidneja. Ako imate auto, možete da parkirate na ulici ispred kuće. Uvek ima dovoljno parkinga. Fairlight La Maison je terasasta kuća na 3 nivoa, tako da postoje strme uske stepenice koje možda nisu pogodne za malu decu koja nisu navikla na stepenice i starije osobe. Imamo kamin na gas. Tu je i Nespresso mašina, ali za početak ćete dobiti samo uzorak mahuna. Ukoliko želite da koristite Nespresso aparat za kafu, moraćete da kupite dodatne šolje za kafu u lokalnom supermarketu. Nemamo roštilj. Takođe ćete morati da ponesete svoje peškire za plažu jer u kući ne obezbeđujemo peškire za plažu. Mi ne posedujemo mačku, ali naši komšije imaju. Nero je crna mačka, a Oskar je siva mermerna mačka. To su super prijateljske mačke i često ulaze u kuću ako su vrata i prozori otvoreni. Ako ste alergični na mačke, predlažemo vam da ih ne puštate u kuću.

Menli Bič

Uživajte u opuštajućem iskustvu u ovom smeštaju koji se nalazi u centru grada. Ovaj novouređeni i namješteni stan na plaži Manli nudi zadivljujući pogled na plažu i okean, moderno uređen sa svom osnovnom opremom i savršenom, centralnom lokacijom - udaljen je samo 50 metara hoda do plaže Manli!! Okruženi ste odličnim restoranima, pabovima i kafićima. Pristanište Manli udaljeno je samo 5 minuta hoda, gde možete da stignete trajektom do grada (Sidnejski CBD) za samo 18 minuta ili preko puta Votsonovog zaliva!

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
