Tervetuloa lomalle tai etätöitä tekemään ihanan tunnelmalliseen keloparitalomökkiin Syötteelle, Pytkynharjuun. Mökin pihasta avautuu Syötteen retkeilyalueen ja kansallispuiston upeat maisemat. Maastopyöräilemään, vaeltamaan tai hiihtämään pääsee suoraan mökin pihasta. Syötteen palvelut ja hiihtokeskus on vain muutaman minuutin autolla ajomatkan päässä (n. 5km). Käytössä WiFi. Hintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat kolmelle.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Lämpimästi tervetuloa majoittumaan sadan neliön viihtyisään omakotitaloon, rauhalliseen ja idylliseen merenrantamiljööseen. Majoitushintaan kuuluu petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet, ruoan laittoon tarvittavat perustarpeet (mausteet, ruokaöljy jne), pyykinpesuaine ja kaikki perus asumiseen tarvittava välineistö. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja muissa huoneissa lisäksi 2 levitettävää sohvasänkyä. Rovaniemelle matkaa 120km. Kemiin ja Tornioon 20km.
