It offers a (non-heated!) swimming pool, wildlife viewing area, an incredible outdoor covered space, perfectly placed fire pit, and a peaceful and private retreat space for friends & family.

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Located in the Tierra Linda subdivision; close to Frio Valley Ranch golf course and House Pasture Music Venue. 1 mile from the cool Frio River where you can tube, kayak, or swim. Grocery stores are all within a short distance. Garner State Park is only 8 miles away. Sleeps up to 22 people, extra guest are NOT allowed.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.
