Less than 10-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and 20-minute walk to front beach (Tyrone Foreshore) or back beaches of Rye (Number 16 Beach).

Newly renovated-modern, spacious & bright with an open plan living area opening onto a deck, spa and bbq area, ideal for both summer and winter. Our home and has everything you will need. The kitchen is a cook’s delight with good quality appliances & equipment. The area is ideal for cycling, gravel or mountain.

Welcome to Olive Grove + Picolina for a relaxing & fun getaway only a short walk to the incredible 16th Beach & General store. Keep everyone entertained with pool table, adjustable 54’ basketball hoop, table tennis, trampoline, toys & games + Outdoor Cinema whilst you enjoy your complimentary drink overlooking our gorgeous Olive Tree Garden. Our sweet caravan Picolina will charm adults and kids alike. You are welcome to play and hang out in our 1970’s bondwood van.
