Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

Heat pump for your comfort whatever the season. Beautiful Mount beach is just across the road. Beach gear available on request. Perfectly positioned to walk into town or stop along the way at some top cafes and restaurants. Back to the studio and you transition from the large deck through sliding glass doors to an interior that's designed for total relaxation. Refresh in a sparkling white bathroom and soak in a designer bathtub before bedtime. Kitchenette for tea and coffee making, microwave and small bar fridge. No cooktop. For your arrival there is a selection of NZ tea’s, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, milk and juice in the studio. On-site parking available for one car. Big screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and the usual free to air streaming. Fast high speed unlimited WIFI. A five minute walk to Central Parade shops, Fife Lane Restaurant, Tay Street Cafe and Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park. Also a handy five minute drive to Bayfair and Baypark. The studio is on Marine Parade, directly opposite Mount Maunganui Beach. Blake Park, Bay Oval, and various shops and great cafes at Central Parade are about a 5-minute walk. It's a quick drive to the Mount, airport, Bayfair Shopping Centre and Trust Power Baypark. Just an hour drive will have you to Whakatane, Rotorua and Hobbiton. Check in and check out times may be adjusted to suit your travel arrangements on request. Luggage drop/storage also available on request.

Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.
