Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Saje's House

Sajes' House is self contained. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the master with a king, (the king can be split for a nominal fee), 2 bathrooms and a laundry. Sajes Pod is a separate 2 storey studio with a queen bed, ensuite and an upstairs living area with kitchenette. The House and Pod may be rented separately. A shared undercover deck area links the House and the Pod.

Your self contained one bedroom purpose built alpine cottage is superbly furnished with its own deck and BBQ.All linen is supplied and breakfast is an optional extra if pre-ordered. Set on 14 acres on the Ovens River with forest and mountain backdrop, secluded but only 750 metres from the local bakery and that cup of coffee. The landscaped 8 acres of garden has something special in every season
