I bed 1 bathroom studio apartment secondary unit that has a private entrance with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is docked there when not in use as in the third pic.

The Boho Bungalow is a newly renovated duplex with a one-car garage, located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a scenic wooded back yard that gives off the vibes of being in the NC mountains. Five minutes from local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, the Boho is also in close proximity to Camp Lejeune and is only 30-35 minutes from Topsail Beach and Emerald Isle. Included with the Boho is high speed Wi-Fi, 65" ROKU TV, washer/dryer, stove, microwave and all of the kitchen essentials + more!

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

This cute one level bungalow is perfect for a beach getaway or a family getaway with your marine. Conveniently located near the back gate to Camp Lejuene. This home is set up with every convenience & loads of fun too! Open floor plan with living room, dining, and kitchen looking out into fenced backyard with covered patio and hot tub. Large game room with ping pong table and air hockey. Four bedrooms are well appointed and cozy. There are also 2 1/2 baths and laundry room.

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
