Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

If you're looking for a unique, family friendly, quiet getaway in a rustic lodge in the woods close to the Finger Lakes, this is your spot! No added guest fees for children under 21 when accompanying parent or guardian. Firewood provided for wood stove and fire pit. A level 2 EV charger with either a J1772 connector or an NACS(AKA Tesla) connector. If a cable swap out is necessary, a $20 charge needed. This is a private one bedroom unit with a pull out couch located just off Main Street and directly above a popular local restaurant, "The Greenfront" (expect some ambient noise). Because we are located in the middle of all the action, we also provide 2 high quality bicycles that our guests are free to use.

Just minutes to downtown Geneva, Seneca Lake (visitor center) and within walking distance to Hobart & William Smith college. Excellent location for a wine tour around Seneca Lake. Our house is next to a park, with a playground and basketball court. Fenced backyard with a grill and outdoor patio.

The primary suite includes a queen bed with plenty of pillows and moody lighting, along with a vanity. The second bedroom Has a cozy full/double daybed with twin trundle. The Kitchen and Bathroom are newly remodeled with Vintage touches, resulting in a fun yet sophisticated atmosphere.
