1) My Apartment is by the sea, you can fishing from the kai. 2) BRYGGEN, FLOYEN and FISHMARKED is neaby, just 15 min to walk to these places. 3) Gamle Bergen(Old town Bergen) is neaby too, just 15 min to walk there. 4) Fishmuseum is almost my neighbor, it's a nice please to visit, and in summer time you can take the small fishboat from Fishmuseum to the Akvarium who is very interesting Place for child. 5) Hiking tour to the populer STOLTZ KLEVEN, 800 steps up and fantastic view over there.
Leier ut nyoppusset leilighet midt i hjertet av Sandviken i Bergen. Leiligheten holder god stand og ble bygget i 2016. Overflater ble malt i 2020 og kjøkken ble byttet i 2020. Fra leiligheten har du utgang til stor terrasse hvor solen kan nytes fra 11-21 sommerstid. Terrassen er felles for sameiet, men det er bare jeg som pleier å bruke den. Leiligheten ligger skjermet uten innsyn fra gaten. Fra leiligheten er det ca 20. min å gå til Bergen sentrum, og 15 min å gå til Gamle Bergen.
Welcome to our cozy and modern studio apartment. The entire house was completely renovated in 2016 and appears as bright and delicious. This townhouse is right next to the "Aquarium in Bergen" and everything else you need in Bergen is 7-9 minutes walk away. Sightseeing bus is stopping right away and in the apartment you have clean towels, Big TV with apple TV, fast internet and private entrance. Kitchen is equipped with what you need to make a nice meal.
The farm is located on Osterøya, a beautiful island surrounded by fjords. 35 minutes from Bergen city. Little valley with small farms, nice landscape with fields, hills and high mountains. Lot of small roads for walking and easy access to the mountains. You can enjoy the big garden with trampoline, and treehouse-cottage and bicycles/tractors for the children. You can find fresh eggs in the morning and see new-born lambs in the fields in the spring.

Very popular top floor apartment situated in the very heart of Bergen, just behind the famous "Bryggen" (the inner city quays/harbourside), in the street called Steinkjellergaten. Very central, as it is merely 200 meters walk from Bryggen quays and the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel and about 300 meters to the Bergen Fishmarket. The Bergen Fishmarket is in the middle of the city centre, and is one of the major tourist spots. At the fishmarket you will find the tourist office as well. As you can imagine, it is therefore walking distance from the apartment in Steinkjellergaten to most sights, shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest soup cafè is about 20 meters from the entrance door! The nearest grocery shop and corner shops (open till late) you will find around 50 meters away. There are several very nice barista places (cafè) in the neighborhood. The apartment has a balcony with rooftop view over the city centre including the harbour, with ships/boats coming in and out. Imagine relaxing on the balcony in the evening sipping to a glass of red wine? WiFi: the apartment has got free high speed wireless internet connection for my guests! Speed is 20MBPS download/5MBPS upload. Pretty fast, and sufficient for most people. The apartment has got 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has got 2 single beds of width 80cm (can be put together to one double bed width 160cm). Bedroom #2 has got a 140cm wide double bed. The living room has got a sofabed (pull-out-bed) that sleeps 2. Maximum people would then be 6. So, it is ideal for a family or for 2 couples. If you are six individuals, it will be rather crammed and not recommended (unless you are couples or very good friends...). The apartment has an area of approx 50 square meters (approx 530 square feet). Note: as it is the top apartment/loft, there will be sloping ceilings. So, very tall people (taller than 6'3") need to watch carefully where one's going. The apartment has got TV with a couple of foreign channels (english spoken). Kitchen with amenities including stove, fridge/freezer, water kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso coffemaker (bring coffecapsules or buy at the Nespresso store in Strandgaten of Bergen). Clothes washingmachine in the bathroom. Shower and WC. Bathroom floor has got heating cables. The general standard of the apartment would be rated good. Parking: no parking immediately outside the house, use street parking or P-house. Loading and unloading right outside the front door is possible. Closest P-houses will be either in the same building as the closest KIWI groceryshop a couple of minutes away (Birkebeinersenteret), or at Rosenkrantz P-house near Bryggen or at the P-house at Radisson Bryggen Hotel (at Bryggen too). There is a shuttlebus service to the Bergen Airport running from the fishmarket or outside Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Bryggen (2 mins walk), otherwise taxis running from Bryggen (or from your doorstep). The Tram (called ByBane) is running between the city piazza and the Bergen Airport. One-way ticket is around USD 5 per person. It takes around 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to the tram (without luggage. With luggage allow more time). Still something you wonder about?
