Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. Oro, a place of provision, unfolding beauty, rest and refreshment.

The Manager's Residence

Conveniently located in picturesque Myrtleford, next door to the Old Butter Factory, The Manager's Residence is a lovingly renovated Victorian property which has been in our family for over 40 years! Situated at your doorstep is the Historic Reform Hill along with the famous Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. The property features a bullnose verandah and all the modern facilities you need for an enjoyable stay, with 3 spacious guest rooms and large open plan living overlooking an outside deck.

Saje's Pod

Saje's Pod is a two storey self contained unit. Private access and carport. Queen bed with ensuite with an upstairs living area and a limited kitchenette opening onto a shared deck with a barbecue for use by Pod guests. The Pod also has its own private deck. The Pod and the House may be rented together. Saje's House is self contained. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a large living room, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the master with a king, 2 bathrooms and a laundry.

Tsuchi villa - Snug 1

Tsuchi villas. Our newest & most unique luxury holiday accommodation experience. The roof is covered with earth & faces north, providing a consistent temperature throughout the year, requiring minimal heating & cooling. Featuring two stylish adjoined self-contained snugs, constructed using sustainable materials & feature natural stone floors & timbers. Denim is the main colour scheme for fabrics and rugs. The landscaping reflects a Japanese Zen garden with large rocks, pebbles, and lanterns.

Bright Lavender Farm. Mud Brick Miners Cottage 1

This unique and tranquil experience, Your very own mud brick miners cottage on a lavender farm that has fantastic views. 5km to Bright. Also near by is the Rail trail, Golf course and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet. With an adequate equipped kitchen and a BBQ on your own veranda.Great sunsets, starry nights, wood fire and a nearby mountain stream also on the property. The lavender is in flower from around mid Dec before getting harvested in Feb to make essential oil.

Tea Garden Creek Cottage

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

Little Olive Cabin

Nestled into the foot of Mount Buffalo and central to the most popular tourist attractions in the North East of Victoria. Lovers of quirky eclectic style will bask in the retro and vintage vibes of The Little Olive Cabin. The cabin is smartly appointed with leather furniture, a fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and the mezzanine style bedroom that’s sits up above the main living space and boasts quality Bed Threads linen in the bedroom and bathroom.

Lupo’s Loft

Lupo’s Loft is upstairs at Lupo’s Kiln Cafe. Luxury accommodation for 2 in a king bed, complimentary champagne on arrival, free WiFi, Netflix TV(using your own login),kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s is open for dinner on Thu, Fri and Sat nights & lunch on Fri, Sat and Sun. Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.
