Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

It is placed 300 meters away from the centre of the village and 700 from the port of Palairos. A 5 minute drive can get you to the most of our village’s beaches. It has two bedrooms, 1 big fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a living room with dining table. The villa has amazing sea and mountain view. There is private outdoor space in front the pool with sea view and outdoor furniture. There is a barbeque place in the backyard with tables where you can enjoy the sitting under olive trees.

Απέχει 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού και τις παραλίες. Η Πάλαιρος είναι μια πανέμορφη παραθαλάσσια κωμόπολη, αμφιθεατρικά χτισμένη σε ένα κόλπο του Ιονίου, στους πρόποδες του όρους Σερεκα και προσφέρει ποικίλες επιλογές για ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές.

The Sea Martin

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.
