Access to our shared pool through the gate and out the back onto the Clarence River reserve for some fishing or kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Yamba CBD and famous beaches. The space has a equipped kitchenette, BBQ on the deck, separate bathroom / toilet, NBN internet and access to laundry if required. Suits a single/couple or up to 4 people. It has a queen bed and a double sofa bed.

It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

Nestled on the edge of Yuraygir National Park and Lake Wooloweyah, in Yaegl Country, Greenpoint House is just 800 metres to secluded Greenpoint Cove and 2kms from Angourie Surfing Reserve, Spooky Beach and Yuraygir Coastal Walk. This architecturally renovated beach house has a large open plan living and dining area, with lake and sweeping bush views. Pure serenity. Three double rooms to accomodate a medium sized family.
