The Last Church in Āpiti is the ultimate escape to relax and discover the stunning Manawatū. In 2021, we were recognised by the NZ Herald as one of the top wellness retreats to visit. Located in the quaint village of Āpiti, set in a valley at the base of the Ruahine Ranges, this renovated Sunday School is a cosy and quirky base to explore the ranges, glow worms, swimming holes, and more. We have a roaring wood burner fire and an outdoor cast iron bath tub for you to enjoy.

Located a block and a half away from the beach this unique space is full of character and design. With one double bed and a single "couch" that doubles as a kids bed. The self contained guesthouse has private entry and is located at the front of our section for a sense of privacy. The guesthouse is decorated with local art and is thoughtfully put together. Come and stay in our cute cottage at our pretty Farmstay for a serene country getaway. Elm cottage is a fully contained tiny home with its own entrance. It is next to our manor house, gardens and paddocks. We are a great place to bring kids as there's plenty to see and do! The cottage has its own private deck and garden with views to Mt Ruapehu on a fine day. It is quiet here with beautiful native birdsong. Stay in your space or explore, up to you!

Set on an acre of flat land, there is plenty of space for games, for kids to run around, or just relaxing on the large deck in the sun. This home has all the essentials including, air conditioning or heat pump, a Smart TV, and unlimited Wifi (Fibre).
