We are right in the heart of town with immediate access to one of the best surf breaks.Shakti is in a beautiful jungle setting, 100 meters to the beach. Playa Carmen. 5 min walk to the beach. Superb location!! Jungle setting, yet right in town, close to all the restaurants, grocery shopping and surf shops. Well equipped kitchen, spacious pool, orthopedic beds, quality sheets and towels, all you need to feel at home. Onething that's sets us apart is our large property non densely developed.

Beautiful studio apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, yet only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa. All the conveniences of town with great shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment includes, air conditioning, fast fiber optic wifi, backup Starlink, hot water shower, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and secure on-site parking. There is also a large, shared saltwater pool for all guests to enjoy. Adults only (18+), not suitable for children.

Villa Amapola is 1 of 4 villas onsite. With 2 bedrooms and a queen sized bed in one room and a queen and single bed in the other, it sleeps up to 5 comfy. Full kitchen, living room, tv, ac, wifi, balcony and back deck with hammock and beautiful view. Just a few min walk to the best surf. We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages. We are pet friendly and offer laundry service for a fee

Lovely studio - Great food & surf on the doorstep!

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

Montezuma Heights Colibri cottage

If this unit is booked please look at our other units "Montezuma Heights'(Mariposa, Buho, Geco and Art house). All have their own beauty!!There are not many places left like this , please enjoy it. Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

Casa Mirador-Ocean View

Casa Mirador is located a few minutes up the hill from Montezuma. It is very close to the trail to the upper water fall and is about a 20 minute walk down to town. It has a fantastic view, great breezes and a pool that is shared with Casa Tranquila. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. Casa Mirador is an upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Our caretakers live in the downstairs apartment.
