Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. The House Bougainvillea with its heavenly blue shatters provides a lot of space for a couple or on request we can provide a single bed for a child. House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.

Sterna Maisonette Suite

The property is surrounded by multi-centenarian old olive trees and offers panoramic views to the open sea and the port of Kimi. While the location of the property offers a quiet and secluded setting, it is only a 3 minutes’ walk to the popular seafront where café’s, restaurants, bakery and shops can be found. A number of outdoors activities such as mountain e-biking, boating, hiking, rock climbing and more can be arranged.

Welcome to my summer house! The house is at the end of the road to Pefkos beach, and is only a breath away from its crystal clear waters. The view form the front, shaded porch, is unique at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the ypur stay there.
