Mimi's Farmhouse in Palmetto, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

Welcome to our Parrish Oasis that sits on 1 fully fenced acer of land off of Highway 301. Close drive to Little Manatee River State Park, Southshore Bay Lagoon in Wimauma or Fort Hamer Boat Ramp. This is a unique brand new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom approximately 500sq feet suite with its own private entrance that is surrounded by trees providing privacy. We offer plenty of parking for a boat trailer or toy hauler. We do live in the main house on the property but will respect your privacy.
