The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. A környező erdő és települések megannyi lehetőséget tartogatnak számotokra, attól függően mivel töltenétek az időtöket. Mecseki túra? Borkóstoló vagy városnézés? Esetleg egymás felfedezése? Rózsa Porta is the perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway. The small house is surrounded with a beautiul garden that also has a wellness patio and a pool. Our garden is a nice place to chill in the sun, play with your children or make a camp fire. You can park next to the house in the garden. I the house you will have a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, free WIFI, a LED television, heating and AC, also towels and bedlinen are included.

Szeretettel várok mindenkit teljeskörűen felújított belváros közeli lakásomba. Az apartmanban Netflix és Disney+ streaming-előfizetések, illetve Wi-Fi biztosítja a kikapcsolódást. A konyha magasan felszerelt, lehetőség van főzni és sütni is. A belváros nagyjából 10 perc sétával elérhető. A közelben található kávézó, pékség, cukrászda, kisbolt, dohánybolt, drogéria, mosoda, konditerem buszmegállók és patika. Kisállat igény esetén hozható.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

The pedestrian street, Király street, a few steps away, Pécs National Theater 1 minute, Széchenyi Square 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
