The suite accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full kitchen. Enjoy entertaining on a large main deck or view the lake from the 2nd floor side deck. Relax on a 3rd private deck with a hot tub & outdoor shower.

Our private suite is in one of the most popular areas surrounding Austin - one mile from Jester King Brewery and close to many wineries, distilleries and 15+ wedding venues. Restaurants, boutiques and hill country hiking are all nearby. Located just outside of Dripping Springs, our relaxing space features a covered patio and courtyard for your exclusive use. Shaded by Texas Live Oak trees and located in a rare dark sky community, you can escape from the world only 19 miles from Downtown Austin!

Modern and Cozy South Austin Studio

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Blue Ranch Studio has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, and trundle bed to sleep a total of 4people comfortably. The suite is a newly remodeled spacious bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, rustic ceiling beams and lots of natural light. The updated bathroom includes a large glass shower and walk-in closet. The well-stocked coffee bar has a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Outside is a private deck with hot tub. On-site parking. The suite is completely private, with it's own private entrance.
