Close your eyes and drift off to the sounds of birds and the wood all around you. Inside you'll find a lovely marriage of modern and vintage, newly updated space that is open, bright, and very clean! Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

Propane heater to warm the space. Small side deck for entry and a larger deck on the back of the house with a BBQ. Full kitchen setup with Keurig.

Little Javelina Falls /HOT TUB/ Walk to downtown

Enjoy a unique home walking distance to the center of town. This beautiful and private house features a hot tub, front and back lounging areas with BBQ and a waterfall/pond in the front yard The bathroom includes a Japanese smart toilet and awesome double shower towers. Note: Due to steps downs/elevation changes the home is not suitable for the elderly.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.
