This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Also includes 3 stall garage. Pets welcomed. There is a 50.00 pet fee for each pet. Extra guest charge: $100 per person, per night for every guest over 10. Pontoon available for rent. 15 minute drive from Perham and Detroit lakes. Kayaks, paddleboard, grill, yard games included. Fire globe and fire pit on site.

Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Lake Cabin Retreat | Hot tub

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our Maple Hideaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.
