This tree house is a cozy place to unplug. Guests enjoy private beach access to Marion Lake just across the road. This is an off-grid stay with an outdoor shower below the house and a chic outhouse a short walk from the front door. There is no WiFi, making it easy to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. Meals are cooked outdoors on the propane grill, ideal for slow mornings, sunset dinners, and relaxed lake days.

Take a soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, enjoy a game with the family, make s’mores at the fire pit, take a dip in the lake or go ice fishing. The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Maple Ridge Retreat

A rural home near lakes country in Becker County. 15-minute drive to Detroit Lakes beach and Zorbaz 12-minute drive to Wefest at Soo Pass Ranch 45-minute drive to Fargo/Moorhead Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. *PLEASE NOTE* This property is near Little Cormorant Lake but does not have lake or shore access, however there is a public access with a boat launch one mile south if you’d like to bring your own boat, pontoon, jet ski, etc.

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Getaway on Little Cormorant Lake

Life on the lake in Minnesota is great in any season! With two large bedrooms (third room available for additional fee), a full kitchen, 3/4 bath plus laundry, you'll have everything you need to make for a great getaway. There is a private entrance, patio and grill, as well as some pretty outstanding shared spaces - including a large sandy beach complete with a volleyball net, firepit, playset, swings, kayaks, canoe and paddleboards.
