The Lair, Kangaroo Valley is situated on 14 acres of pristine bushland. Nestled high it enjoys 180 degrees views into the Valley below. Architecturally designed, by Alexander Michael, with a Scandi aesthetic. Featuring 6 metre high ceilings, polished concrete floors and birch ply walls, along with extensive use of glass that adds a wonderful sense of space and warmth, allowing the light to stream in from sunrise to sunset. A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ.
