Welcome to a newly renovated two bedroom and 1 bathroom home in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Our home has an open layout w/ a spacious deck and yard off the back of the house and an attached garage. We welcome children and families. This space is centrally located to the shopping areas; 5-10 minutes by car, we are also quite close to the eclectic downtown. Downtown Bangor is a quick 10 minute drive or if you enjoy walking approximately 30-35 minutes through the lovely ‘tree’ streets.

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Welcome to the "Lazy Bear Cabin" across from the beautiful Penobscot River! This 3 bedroom 1 bath home boasts vaulted ceilings with knotty pine on every wall and ceiling. Each bedroom is quite spacious and has closets with lights and ceiling fans. The "master" has a Roku TV. The living room has 2 leather couches, Roku TV. The camp has Spectrum high speed internet with Netflix already set up on the TVs. The kitchen is quite large and will accommodate a large gathering. Washer & Dryer.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
