Η εξοχική κατοικία βρίσκεται στο χωριό Κόμποι, ενός οικισμού μόλις 5 χιλιόμετρα από την γραφική ενετική Κορώνη. Απέχει 1,5 χιλιόμετρο από την περίφημη παραλία Περούλια. Πρόκειται για μία διώροφη κατοικία σε κτήμα 12 στρεμμάτων από ελαιόδεντρα και αμπέλια. Ο ισόγειος χώρος 30τ.μ αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνα-υπνοδωμάτιο και εξωτερικό μπάνιο. Ο επάνω όροφος 60τ.μ αποτελείται από κουζίνα-καθιστικό, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνιο και μία άνετη βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στο μεσσηνιακό κόλπο.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα 8 στρεμμάτων. Σε ένα χώρο με αμπέλια, ελιές, λεμονιές, πορτοκαλιές, συκιές, αχλαδιές. Βρίσκεται κοντά στη παραλία Γαργαρού (300m) και στη Κορώνη (5km). Η διαμονή μπορεί να συνδυαστεί με ευχάριστες δραστηριότητες. Ιούλιο ξεφύλλισμα του αμπελιού. Αύγουστο τρύγο, αποξήρανση και μάζεμα σταφίδας. Σεπτέμβριο τρύγος και οινοποίηση. Ιδανικό για ανθρώπους που αγαπάνε την φύση και την ηρεμία. Οι επισκέπτες μας δεν είναι απλώς πελάτες αλλά δικοί μας άνθρωποι.
