This cozy 400sqft space is the middle cottage of the 'Art' Studio. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend get away. Saluda River Farms is an 8 acre farm on the Saluda River. Bring your Kayaks to enjoy a relaxing trip up the river or ride your bike on the beautiful back country roads. We are located 7 miles from DT Greenville and only 20 minutes from nature hikes and quaint little country towns. You can also relax on the farm - we have 3 goats and 8 chickens. Pets are always welcome.

The perfect romantic getaway! Come soak in our hot tub while listening to the water flowing. Lights surround our tiny house to create the mood. Lounge during the day in the sun. Want to stay in and eat? Enjoy our grill and table outside or cook inside. Want to eat out? Aunt Sue's and Pumpkintown General store are both so close. Both have delicious homemade meals! Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are NOT allowed in the cabin, porch nor the property. We provide a gate pass to Table Rock just 15 min. away. (If the pass is lost during your stay, you will be charged $105 fee)

There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

It's 5 mins from Historic Ram Cat Alley with shopping, restaurants, and breweries with Jazz on the Alley music every Thursday night (April - Oct.) It's only 10 minutes from Clemson University. Surrounded by 3 different lakes Jocassee, Keowee, and Hartwell with just a short drive away. You can ride 30 mins up to the mountains where you can hike trails and see waterfalls the foothills have to offer.
