Kayak across the street at Scarborough Marsh or take a leisurely stroll to one of the seasonal waterfront restaurants. Your coastal adventure awaits!

Please no parties ✨ Condo is directly on beach ✨ Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open.✨ ✨To simplify things we typically do not negotiate rates.

The cottage also includes a private patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating for your enjoyment. Just a short 7-minute walk to the beach and pier. And yes, pets are welcome at no extra charge.

This cozy, 1 bedroom apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Knightville. The Portland Peninsula, which includes the historic Old Port and the downtown arts district, is less than a 10-minute drive across the bridge. The perfect spot for a couple or a fun friend getaway! Several excellent dining spots, coffee shops, and markets are all within walking distance from the house. Bike rentals are 2 blocks away! The local beach is a 5-minute drive /10-minute bike ride.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.
