Located off of Hwy 101, just over a mile above Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor, known for its rugged, protected coastline, wild rivers, lush forests and hiking trails. Only a 5 min. drive to spectacular beaches. This romantic little cabin features a king bed, deck with an unobstructed view of the surrounding woods, cozy gas cast iron stove, Keurig, mini-fridge, microwave and lovely walk in shower.

Your room and courtyard is attached to the garage but private and separate from our home next to it. Only .3 of a mile to the boat ramp, Zolas, Fat Irish, Hwy 101 and Port of Brookings boardwalk. Stay at Harris Hideaway oceanfront studio. We have established a policy that should keep everyone safer right now. We have added an EV charger and a Tesla adapter for you use. Before your visit, the place will be sanitized (as always) and will be vacant for at least two until your arrival. We will block the days before and after you book to meet this objective for all our guests. We want to do our part. Letting you know.

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.
