My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Traditional house providing plenty modern necessities. At the peaceful Upper Tyros village. A fantastic position from which you can have an amazing panoramic view to the mountain, the village, the sea and the islands across. Ideal for relaxing or as a base for excursions around Peloponnese. Balconi Hesperides est une grande maison entourée d'une orangeraie sur les hauteurs du village de Tyros à 10 minutes du bord de mer. Elle peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement. Jusqu'à 12 personnes avec les 2 lits simples dans le salon. Au 1er étage de style vintage : 3 chambres, une salle de bain, un salon et une cuisine. Au Rez de chaussée (entièrement neuf): 2 belles chambres doubles avec salle de bain privée, un grand salon avec cuisine américaine, un sauna et un toilette séparé.

Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
