Our brand new spacious apartment is situated in the exclusive residential community of Palo Alto , located in the hills above Marbella. The location is very convenient – only 6 km (9 minutes) drive to Marbella centre, 14 km (12 minutes) drive to luxury marina and high-end shopping and restaurants complex of Puerto Banús. La Cañada Shopping Centre, the largest shopping centre on the Costa del Sol, is only 5 km (8 minutes) away. Palo Alto is suitable for families and couples who value the good location, modern design, tranquil spaces and well facilitated gated community. Our guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the Sierra de las Nieves hills and surrounding landscape. There is a good network of trails nearby, providing a spectacular setting for outdoor exercise, walking, jogging, mountain biking, meditating and practicing yoga with breath-taking sea views. The facilities of Palo Alto include a world-class gym, indoor and outdoor pools, hammam and sauna, and business centre. Free parking is available next to the house. The space The apartment was a show flat for the Palo Alto community, designed by Eric Kuster, a top tier award-winning international interior designer. The design is modern and luxurious. The apartment is very spacious (171 m2). It has 4 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes – 3 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 bedroom with single bed, 2 bedrooms are facilitated with an en-suite bathroom, in total there are 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. The apartment is ideal to host up to 7 people (adults or children) plus 2 babies sleeping in baby cots. The owners have a family with children, and they have kept the needs of children in mind when choosing the extra items for the apartment. The guests are welcome to use 2 baby cots, 2 highchairs, baby bath, potty, children’s stool, dishes and cutlery suitable for small kids. The bedroom with single bed has two office desks and chairs that make the apartment suitable for remote working. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens double door fridge with ice dispenser, microwave, oven, cooker, and dishwasher. Guests are also welcome to use the Philips fully automatic espresso machine and Smeg appliances (toaster, kettle, and blender). The kitchen is connected to a spacious living and dining room with a comfortable sofa, 65’ led tv, marble top dining and coffee tables, and floor-to-ceiling open corner sliding glass doors that can be opened to create a shared dining room and terrace area. The apartment is on the ground floor, it has a big terrace (57 m2) with partial sea view and mountain view, seating area and BBQ facilities. There is also a garden surrounding the apartment, the guests can take a walk on the lawn from any of the bedrooms or terrace. The community pool area with a large swimming pool, children’s pool and sunbeds is right next to the apartment. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and underfloor heated. Other things to note Please note that parties and events are not allowed due to the community rules. Strict adherence to community rules is enforced through 24-hour security team. For safety reasons, we request you not to burn candles. We recommend that you have a car to get around in the Marbella area. 24/7 callout service – in case you have any problems or if you wish to use personal concierge service for restaurant bookings, laundry service or any other questions.

Savanna Beach Amazing apartment with jacuzzi

Despierta con las olas del mar y el mejor amanecer que puedas soñar. Túmbate en la cama balinesa mientras divisas el mar infinito o sumérgete en el Jacuzzi climatizado mientras te tomas una copa de cava. El Savanna Beach está pensado para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes en un lugar mágico y con encanto. El Savanna Beach es un lugar mágico, decorado con mucho encanto y con todo lujo de detalles. Decorado en un estilo boho, natural y étnico. La iluminación por la noche es muy acogedora y romántica y las vistas son increíbles. Las cristaleras del salón se deslizan una sobre la otra y el balcón queda completamente abierto al mar. En la zona de la terraza hay una gran cama balinesa (180x180), un Jacuzzi climatizado con iluminación nocturna y una zona de asientos para poder relajarte leyendo un libro o tomando un cóctel. El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones con vistas al mar. Una de ellas está completamente acristalada creando así un espacio amplio y luminoso. Tanto las cristaleras del salón como las de las dos habitaciones disponen de estores opacos automáticos para así crear privacidad entre una zona y otra a la hora de dormir. Las dos camas de las habitaciones son de 150x190 con buenos colchones firmes y espuma viscolástica. Cada cama dispone de dos almohadas viscolásticas y dos normales. El apartamento cuenta con dos baños completos, uno de ellos en suite. Las duchas son a ras de suelo y el agua cae desde el techo a modo de lluvia. Los lavabos son de piedra natural. Hay una zona de pufs ideal para relajarte viendo la Smart TV con Netflix. Podrás ver todos los canales de televisión de tu país. También puedes sacar la TV de la pared y girarla para verla desde el sofá. El sofá de lino natural blanco se convierte en una gran cama con medidas de 160x200. La wifi es de alta velocidad. La climatización es por Airzone pudiendo controlar así la temperatura ideal en cada zona del apartamento. La cocina de diseño está equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y puedes cocinar cualquier plato en ella. Dispone de horno, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, placa de inducción, lavadora/secadora, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, batidora, exprimidor, etc. Ideal para familias, parejas y viajeros que buscan disfrutar de la playa, la gastronomía y el estilo de vida mediterráneo. Excelente ubicación en una de las zonas más populares de Torremolinos, conocida por su ambiente internacional, diverso e inclusivo. No se admiten fiestas.
