Situé à la croisée des chemins entre : Aix-la-Chapelle(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Intérêt : ballades à pied, à vélo, brasserie artisanale, site minier, abbaye de Val Dieu, le cimetière américain, Valkenburg et Montjoie (Monschau) vallent le détour. Das Ferienhaus "Bellerose" im "Maison de Greunebennet" erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Unten ist ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit vollständig eingerichteter offener Küche mit Theke. Der Natursteinboden ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x2,00m), welche man auch zusammenstellen kann, ausgestattet.

Large ground floor flat in old mill. This spacious flat (100 m2) has three bedrooms, a large lounge and an ancient French wood burner. It also has its own terrace with a built in barbeque and a sunny place to sit and sunbathe. I have plans to make this flat barrier-free so that disabled or elderly people can stay here without problems. At the moment it is relatively easily accessible, at the front door there are two small steps. It has a walk-in-shower.
