Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris.

Super large 1 bedroom home that will sleep 8 comfortably. Master bedroom with king bed, pullout queen couch sleeper, queen murphy bed and 2 twin pullout love seats. Large deck with fire pit to relax on with a great BBQ area/bar to cook and an outside fire place that is a must use no matter what time of year.
