Tons of room for families, and a large porch on the back of the home with an expansive view of, and direct access to Lake Champlain. The home has rustic charm with its many original wood features, and a large number of beds make this home a perfect family or group vacation retreat. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.
