The very luxurious interior furnishings and the incredible view will give you a unique experience. The manor ideally located at the gates of Tours and near the various motorway axes will allow you to radiate to visit cellars and castles. Nature lovers, the croaking of frogs from March to August and the wood fire in winter will delight you.

A newly renovated one bedroom house with private jacuzzi/ hot tub and beautiful views across the pool, barbecue pit and overflow jacuzzi. The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Cet ancien moulin (milieu XIXe), rénové avec soin, aux portes du Marais Poitevin, est classé "4 étoiles meublé de Tourisme". Sur 3 niveaux, ce moulin respecte l'architecture traditionnelle locale et la nature qui l'entoure. Le moulin a gardé son escalier de meunier étroit et d'origine. Alliant bois, enduit extérieur à la chaux, matières nobles, il est tourné vers le respect de l'environnement.
