The apartment hosts two spacious bedrooms, large living area, a pool table, reading corner, small dining space and kitchenette. Guests have use of the covered patio to sit and enjoy the view.

Condo in Natural Setting w/ Hot tub

The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

Check out this cute upstairs unit in a restored historic 1895 Victorian home called The Hedges House. It is perfectly located to enjoy everything Independence has to offer. Some aesthetic based Restoration like the stairs is still in progress as they take a lot of time and effort but everything you need for a comfortable stay is finished! -YouTube search "The Hedges House" for a glance. -NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. -The yard is not pretty yet. -Balcony with a view of monmouth st.

This is a daylight basement level of a three story home in an upscale area in the hills of West Salem. There is a private entrance, no contact with owners or other guests. 1 bdrm with a queen bed, kitchen, dining, full bath, and living area, fitness rm, and a pool table.
