Lakeview is a townhouse situated on the edge of a lake adjoining a series of waterways. The accommodation includes the entire ground floor area and consists of two bedrooms, a large bathroom, sitting room, indoor atrium, kitchenette and quiet area. The second floor is the permanent residence of the host. Access is shared. A quiet courtyard with a BBQ ,and a sunny front verandah with a lovely view are available for your use. There is garage space for one car. Breakfast provisions are provided.

This early 1900's cottage has been charmingly restored with stunning features though-out. The Green Room has been decorated with a French Provincial theme and offers twin share accommodation. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing experience on Phillip Island. Plover's Rest is close to Cowes Northern beaches, a short drive to the famous Penguin Parade and Nobbies Centre, and a nice walk to the township of Cowes itself. This is our 2nd room and the same friendly hospitality continues.

Magnificent fully restored two storey Victorian Historic Mansion circa 1890. Walking distance to Geelong CBD, rail station & Eastern Beach foreshore, theatres, restaurants & shops & also to Pakington Street Newtown & Geelong West. If basic breakfast is required please note/request when booking - cereal & toast available in the Guest Kitchen downstairs. Otherwise, head down to the beautiful waterfront & have breakfast/brunch at one of the venues.

Lorraine Apartment

For the French style conscious, the Lorraine Suite offers a king sized bedroom with a kitchenette, and a spacious private ensuite. You have a separate entrance and assigned parking. In keeping with the French theme, we provide French Continental Breakfast including the croissants we baked on the day you arrived. This French styled property has about 1.8 acres of garden for exploration.

Walk to the Beach

My home is tucked away opposite a walking track along the creek to the beach. It is an 8 minute easy walk. The room is very private with its own entrance, an ensuite bathroom, and a small private outside sitting area. I have 2 dogs - Pip and Blue. Pip is a Gordon Setter and Blue is an English Setter. They have their own yard but they will be so excited to see you that they will bark.
