The Parakeet is part of a larger home, fully separated from the main house by a locked utility room with two sets of secure double doors for complete privacy. Cute little cottage in a quiet small beach town neighborhood. One and a half miles to beautiful Hobe Sound Beach, an easy walk or bike ride.! Plenty of little shops and grocery stores within a mile of the cottage. If you like fishing bring your poles, lots of good spot Animals under 40lbs. are welcome; we do have a nice fenced in yard.! No cats! Highly allergic!!! A 25.00 fee 1 time will be charged for all pets
