Ova šarmantna villa nalazi se u Posedarju (20 km od grada Zadra) i idealna je za smještaj 6-7 osoba. Stambeni prostor od 95 m² dijeli se na dnevni boravak s potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom, tri spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima te kupaonicu s tušem. Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na prostrani vanjski dio ville od ukupno 400 m² gdje su bazen, parking, natkrivene terase, louge prostor za odmor te sjenica s ležaljkama. Bazen ukupne površine od 45 m² je grijani. Klima uređaj se nalazi u dnevnom boravku dok su spavaće sobe opremljene s ugrađenim stropnim ventilatorima i televizorima. Među ostalim značajkama ovog apartmana su bežični internet, parking, perilica rublja, perilica suđa te vanjski prostor namijenjen za uživanje gdje su sadržaji poput bazena i roštilja. U dvorištu ville ima dovoljno prostora za parking 2 do 3 osobna automobila međutim pristupna cesta do dvorišta je uska pa ukoliko dolazi veći automobil kao što je VAN vozilo nudimo rješenje parkinga pri početku ulice.Restorani i trgovine nalaze se na udaljenosti od svega par minuta hoda (400 m). Najbliža plaža je udaljena 850 m kao i sam centar mjesta gdje se mogu pronaći sadržaji poput trgovina, suvenirnica, pekarnica, restorana ili noćnih barova. Zanimljivost koju savjetujemo za posjetiti, u neposrednoj blizini ville započinje križni put dug 2,5 km. Križni put ima 14 postaja i završava na 200m nadmorske visine gdje je vidikovac s kojeg se prostire pogled na Novigradsko more i planinski lanac Velebita.
