Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

Kitchenette offers a mini fridge, Keurig, toaster and microwave. Air fryer and double burner. Fully stocked with dishes. Master suite has a queen bed and a sofa-bed in the living space. Enjoy the sounds of nature, rest, & recover. Rustic, homey, & unique. 4 mini goats & 3 chickens fenced out front; 4 kayaks, 1 paddle boat, & 1 SUP (stand up paddle board) for the quaint lake ahead. Take a break from the hustle of the city in my super cute guest house! Guests will enjoy the entire unit that is separate from the main house. The home has cable TV and a separate internet plan with wifi. The bed is queen sized and is a high quality memory foam and on an adjustable frame. There is a separate fenced in yard for your dog to enjoy. The property is quite and has a lot or air space between neighbors for added privacy.
