Furthermore at about 100 meters you can reach by lift Marina Piccola (the port) and take ferries to Capri, Ischia, Positano, Naples. La casa si trova in un parco privato con ville immerse nel verde. Composta da una camera da letto, una seconda stanza con divano letto, una luminosa cucina soggiorno , bagno e patio circondato da alberi da frutta. Oltre alla fermata dei bus appena fuori dalla proprietà è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi tramite una strada panormica.
