In summer, bring your boat or Jet Skiis!! You have your own private dock. In the winter, bring your ice fishing gear or snowmobiles. The cabin is right on the NYS snowmobile trails. At the end of the day snuggle in near the warmth of the fireplace inside. Otherwise, you can just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

Off-grid cabin for quiet and low-tech getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid cabin built by our family. You can play games around the woodstove, cook over a campfire, and have smores with your family. It's 16'x16' with a sleeping loft and cupola for kids to play in. Usually you'll only hear the sounds of peepers and crickets, and often you'll experience the almost extinct sound of dead silence. A piano, guitar, dulcimer, pump organ, and many board games are in the cabin.

Clear your mind at our tranquil home located minutes south of the Adirondack park. Perfect for birthdays, girls weekends, anniversaries, special occasions, or a weekend away from the children, this inviting space offers both the peacefulness of a wooded retreat and nearby access to beautiful Historic Saratoga. Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
